After a bit of fiddling with the map sensor piping its now fueling a bit better and is now driveable and i must say pulling like a train when the boost comes in
Can someone tell what the differences are between this cylinderhead and valve cover, compare to the Euro-5 1.2 8v cylinderhead and valve cover.
Is the cylinderhead the same and only the valve cover different. ???

As a worldcar, build in several countries on all continents, the Palio range uses the exact same engines like all other Fiats from the same time.
So it's not important if a model is sold in a specific country or not, engine set ups are more or less almost the same.
The O.P. should compare partnumbers to find his answer.
For one thing, the statement is simply not true. A fair bit of the Brazilian stuff has never been seen in another market, AFAIK. 999 16v, anyone? Maybe it appears in ePer. Maybe not. Maybe the OP can find a working copy of ePer with his car in it, maybe not. Actually getting the parts in SA might be problematic! I mean, I can't walk into my local FIAT dealer and ask them to get me a 16v ethanol engine.
That FIAT were selling an MPI car without cam sensor post 2000 (production of the similarly featured P75 seems to have stopped in the mid 90s!) is pretty extraordinary. It might mean that tooling itself has been transferred to Africa. Or it might mean that SA was sent cars developed and produced for eastern Europe. Or even some combination of the two.
For all that, ePer isn't a bad place to start, but does lack dimensions of many parts, for example. For upgraded parts (bearing in mind the nature and quality of the build), there are better channels.
No need for a suitcase, for that amount of money it is delivered at the dealer of your choice...
But I could fly to Brazil, have a week's holiday, track one down and lug it onto the plane!
