Hi. I have a 2021 Ducato that has a recurring but intermittent problem where the engine goes into limp mode while accelerating. Sometimes stopping for 30 seconds then restarting is enough to resolve it, and it can then be good for weeks or sometimes only for minutes.
The OBD reports P2135 when this happens, and can also report P0220. The van has had a new throttle pedal position sensor fitted under warranty, but the problem still happens. My feeling is that it is related to wiring connectors, or possibly a damaged wire, rather than the position sensor itself.
What I'm looking for is an idea of where the throttle pedal sensor wires are routed in the van. If I know which connectors to look for between the pedal sensors and the ECU, and where to find them, then I can check for problems quicker than I can get another booking at the garage.
I've seen other posts covering this, but for older Ducatos. It's harder to find the information for a later model like mine.
