When i start the car it shakes, the еngine noise is different, the car gets very slowly(there is not enogh power - Running Only on two cylinders).

I changed Ignition cables and ingnition coil(in red, that in the picture) and before 14 000 km I changed the spark plugs.
I bought new battery a year ago.
Maybe the problem is ECU... I heard that there is option to reset the ECU?
Do you know how to do it?

Unplug one coil.
Start car - is engine still the same?
If so, replace the unplugged coil.

If one coil is broken, and you unplug the working one, the engine won't even start.

Might as well change both while you're at it

It's highly likely that this fault is your engine ecu failing and not either coil. Very common issue, replaced hundreds of them

I know that ignition coil A rules the first and fourth spark plugs... is there any way the problem is in one of these spark plugs?
Or there is different fault code for bad spark plug?
There is a man from my city, that he can repair the ECU and he gives year warranty?
He wants 100 levs(or 45£... or 52€)
Is it worth it?
