I don't think that Maestro, Metro and cool can be used in the same sentence though.

Beige Austin Metro 1.0 City X 5 door.

My City X was my 1st car, to which I then moved "up " to a Metro 1.3L, which the previous owner had tinkered with the 1275cc engine. Not a "bad" car. I even modded it by attaching the spoiler from an MG Metro to it

It gets worse........
When the Maestro rotted to pieces (about three weeks from new) - I got a, wait for it....Renault 5 Gordini, in a dashing Bronze colour.
Things briefly looked up with an Alfasud (which also dropped to pieces with remarkable rapidity), then for some inexplicable reason I obtained an XR2. Yes indeed, I became one of that brigade.

Here's my diesel one after my Mum got driven into by a **** in a Pug (notice he on wrong side of road)..
Minor bump in comparison to most crashes but enough to write the Metro off (not that it was worth much.. about 1k last Aug).
Small, but fun go-karts
Crap in comparison to the Bravo naturally tho! hehe.

my grandma had a datsun 120Y, i loved it! was a white 1100 with those funky wheel trims, leather and a square speedo. I'd love to put a V8 in one! The bonnnet would look great with a chrome air intake stuck up! my grandad used to paint over the rust with emulsion.
