Does anyone that owns a Cinq (or any Fiat for that matter) suffer from the fan coming on as soon as the sun even thinks about coming out? Whenever I drive the car when its even remotely warm and the temp creeps near to 90 degrees the fan clicks on and when I park I cant put the alarm coz of the motion sensor. Any ideas anyone? I was gonna try some manifold wrap but it'll be a right pain in the arse.

It's absolutely normal, yes. At clubcento events, whenever we all stop anywhere there's always a chorus of fans, they start up in order of who parks first!

Your alarm should have a fan sensor on it, shouldn't it?

unfortunatly yes they all do that and i have to sit with the engine on untill it stops so my alarm isn't set off. Jus drove back 90 miles doing 80-90 most of the way had 2 have the blowers on the whole way so the temp gag didn't creep 2 above 90

Get a better alarm - one with a fan sensor wire.

my fan cuts off as soon as i turn the engine off - therefor it doesn't affect the alarm....
