Technical over reving on start up

Long story . I recently bought a Doblo van as a non-runner I was told when I bought it that it had new injetors fitted and not really run properly since. I towed it home managed to get it started after doing the right left right left indicator trick when it starts up it’s running at 2500 RPM with lots of blue smoke which smells of diesel and runs rough. and misfires. I changed the fuel control solenoid at the back of the fuel pump and then it wouldn’t start at all and gave me a fault code saying that I had a large fuel leak. I put the old fuel pressure solenoid back on, clean the EGR valve ,clean the throttle body and cleaned the inlet pressure come temperature sensor but that’s not changed the way it runs and it’s showing no faults on my OBD scanner. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you a Newbie

Sounds very much like one or more of the "new" injectors leaking into cylinder/s.
Of course it could be something else....
