OT* Can you recommend me a good PCI EXPRESS graphics card for cheap?

Hi all, as title,

My dell pc only has onboard graphics and its starting to struggle with the likes of sketch up so need a card quick!

Only slot i have left is a PCI express so does anyone have any recommendations?

Are you sure its a PCI Express? As Dell tend not to be upgradeable. Also is it 1x or 16X? Tw types of PCIex usually. Is it possible to access the BIOS to enable the PCIex and disable onboard graphics?
