OT. Any electronic engineers here? Need help.

I am looking for an electronic engineer or a person with strong knowledge of building things from schematics as I've got a schematic for a cable i am making and want to check I've designed it properly. To make life easier for me I am building the components onto a strip board (vero board) and was hoping somebody could confirm my schematic with my drawings on strip board to confirm I have built it correctly. Its a very simple design.

His job involves making stuff for the MOD, so he does know what he is talking about.
