Only pitfall it doesn't have a digital tuner, but i can live without that as i already have a freeview box.

Yeah i've looked at reviews, but its hard to review something when nobody has one.

Not sure what that link you gave is on about.

Lee thats the wrong 32" LCD TV. Its a completely different one. Like i said its not be on sale yet, so no reviews.

What do people think of the specs compared to the price? Is it worth the money?

you'll def need surround sound there buddy, but it looks canny good and is definately good vfm, may enquire, let me know what its like

you get what you pay for...
Personally id rather pay more and get a panasonic/sony/philips

Can someone please explain to me why manufacturers still build televisions with analogue tuners...absolutely pointless! They might as well give you a remote that only has a power button on it since all your channel surfing will be done on a freeview/sky box.

Prob because these are old stock, and i dont think that every country has the same type of digital tunner? I could be wrong, very wrong?

I'm gonna buy it and see if its any good. If i dont like it i could always take it back or resell on Ebay.

Why pay more for a Sony/Philips/Panasonic when they all tend to use panels made by LG or Samsung anyway !

I've heard that in Germany, Tevion are a pretty well respected budget make. Like you say, if you don't like it, you can take it back or resell on eBay. The 3 year warranty gives you some peace of mind too.

generaly there is only about 2-3 different panels on lcds so its not really a hard choice and after my last encouter with a sony lcd i will never touch a sony product again i bought a 50" lcd sony bravia you know the new ones on the tv all the time and it coulnt play consoles they sent them out with wrong frequincies and certain games on any console couldnt be played absolute gash stuff now from sony but that i would buy and i have a few lcd and plasma tvs i would get that myself unfortunalty there isnt an aldi here :) i have to stick with lidl

Ok got the LCD tv, looks really nice, lots of inputs at the rear for audio, HDMI plus two scarts which is a bonus. Very nice clear picture, really good quality sound for 2x7W which i was suprised at and the colours not to bright either like you get on some LCD TVs i've seen at Comet.

Well worth getting up at 7.45am and waiting outside ALDI at 8.20am.

Definately a bargain. The warranty will see me happy for three years. :)

I went to Aldi today to get one, and all 50 of em sold out in 5 minutes!!!!

My ALDI only have 12 units come in. I would consider your store being very lucky. However shame, its such a great TV i love it. No faults so far. :)
