Technical OS front wheel grinding/scraping noise while cornering left???

Can anyone tell me what to look for in my wheel assembly (OS) because when I take a left hand corner, theres a pretty bad grinding/scraping noise coming from the front OS wheel. It doesn't happen at slow speeds or when taking right hand turns at moderate to high speeds and drives fine in a straight line! Had the offending sides wheel off and had a good look but cant see anything untoward going on in there?? The cars a 2009 Bravo MJet 165 sport. Any pointers or advice would be a massive help!!

The brake shield/guard or what it's called can make a grinding noise when turning, mine did. It's very thin and easy get bent and touching the disk.

Isn't cv joint more of a clicking sound and not grinding?
