This happened last night.
Anyone got any idea how to pop it back in without damaging anything?

Undo the 3 bolts holding the headlamp unit inplace, reposition and tighten. They have a bit of leway when not tightened so doubt there is damage... should sort it out quick.
Also to make your life easier remove the metal linking support bar.

Thanks mate, I could only see 2 bolts to undo.

See the wee hole on the bumper just at the tip of the orange bit? Should that pop in to a clip somewhere? That's what seems to be causing most of the bother.
 
The top 2 bolts are quite easy to see and undo but the one on the far right isn't too easy to get at (thats why I highly suggest undoing the support bar). Also even after removing those 3 bolts the lamp doesn't just come off... need to remove the bumper for that but it'll move around quite freely, enough for you to put it back how it should be at least. With even one bolt still in the lamp wont move.
