One touch windows both sides - I've done it!!

Ok, so you dont need to tell me I'm a genious.... I already know I am! lol

So I'll be getting the instructions together for how to do it over the next couple of days, so for now here's the car I did it on:

1996 Bravo 1.8HLX that already had one touch electric window on the drivers door, but not the passenger door. But It should work with any model of brava/o that's only got one touch on the drivers door and has the green control box above the glove box with part number 7732354.

All you need are is another 7732354 control box and some 15amp cable (that's 12v 15A).

Well it actually cost nothing I had a spare window control box (the previous owner had loads of spares from another Bravo and gave them to me when I bought the car) I had the cable. But parts gateway or whoever they are called quoted me £10 for a control box and I think a new one from Fiat is only about £30ish

Took about 2 hours inc taking the door panel off, but it would help if you have crimp terminals and a crimping tool, or a soldering iron, as you'll need good connections. the new relay sits inside the plastic door trim (you know, where you rest your elbow on the door.. that's hollow) and all the wiring you need is already in the door

It only needs about 0.5 seconds trigger so with a couple of extra relays, it may be possible to make it auto close with the central locking!!! but the problem is getting a power feed that will turn off when the windows are closed and not stay on! I'm working on that bit at the moment and will let you all know that bit later

if I have 1 touch down on passenger side already can I just change the relay that's already there for the 'greeeeeen' one so it's up and down?

Well I know I'm got this working but I've never seen the electrics on a car with one touch down on the passenger side but not up. I'd say you could still do what I've done but I cant be sure. If you're any good with electrics get your multi meter out and check the wires and you may be able to.
