Technical one more abs problem

HI gays

Well I read some of your post about abs problems bat I dont have solution for my problem.Anyway my problem with abs is I'm replace abs unit and I have same eror as before on old unit. EROR MOTOR PUMP OR RELAY.

Any suggest??

If your having the same error it could be....

1. You never reset the fault code after the new pump was installed. Try resetting it.

2. The replacement pump is also faulty.

3. The pump is not the fault, have you tried replacing the relay and checking the surrounding area for corrosion.

4. If you insist its the pump at fault, give this a read.... Link

Well I did reset error after replacment old unit bat I have same message as before error MOTOR PUMP OR RELAY.

I was take apart old unit and check out relay and motor pump on 12v and they work perfectly( thanks to frend who post how to repair abs item an item) thaks a lot bady:worship:

I dont know is it a problem elsewhere beside abs unit. I was search which is which relay in box next to batery bat nothigh find out. In autodata and eper dont exist that information and I dont have manual.

Any suggest

It's look like you posted in your post Lucas abs,I will take picture tomorow and post. I have some issue for you.Well when I chack out second relay on 12v he didnt respond like first.When I give 12 v on relay I received spark that is unusual like hi is in short-circuit bat that is not posible bicouse when I put relay on instrument It's have 49 oma( resistance) and first about 60 resistance.
What you think about that? (if you understande my bad english)

Yes it´s the same kind of unit what i´ve got in my Weekend. And that sparking is coming from broken relays contact points. You must change that relay which controls the main power of electric motor. You can find instructions from Guide section.
