Technical One Blue Key

Hello fiat lovers. I have the old one blue key problem. I know there are options to get one key copied, but they are normaly expencive. Then I found a gadget on the internet to copy fiat keys but it is made for encrypt ID48 chip ( work with 93LC66 of BSI computer) Keys. Does any one know if this is the type of chip used in a 2001 Key or where I can find out?
