General OMG, My Selecta's almost floated away

Just gone outside cos it's tipping it down, and from the house you could see the road turning into a river, and I go out only to find the my Selecta sitting in about 35cm of water

So quickly shifted it (sort of). I was filming the weather when I discovered it, so will be on youtube shortly

If it´s any consolation, I´m in northern Spain at the moment and it´s no better! Hope the waters don´t rise any further!

The irony, I went through a giant puddle/small lake earlier and made a farely big bow wave, it was then suggested that a panda should be converted to an amphicar.

Panda across the channel? I'd eat my hat!

Lol. 30 min later, went out and no sign of any flood at all.

I've gone out since and the road's are really bad. I've parked the Selecta back their because looking at the sloping of the road, the water would floody elsewhere before rising into the car. Just hope all is well tomorrow

buggar , yes, I'm not normally that abbrupt, and did appoligise off camera, just I wanted to film the Fiesta bombing through it to show all the water

Wow, yeah we had some pretty bad flooding down somerset too. bout a foot deep in parts accross the A38

Also, I know I have a particularly dodgy mind......... but has anyone else noticed how bad it sounds if you just listen to the beginning part of that video and dont know what the video is about... Oh mercy!

lol, probably right. I had a very long day, I think I wouldve found anything amusing after sitting in a jam packed panda with nothing but some old cassettes I made when I was little for 9 hours!

Lol. That's why I always have a tool kit in the boot, so even if you can't get it going again, there is always something that needs fiddleing or tinkering with
