That would be an extremely powerful Ducato. May I suggest a 150bhp 3.0 litre instead?
To answer your query go to the Downloads section, and via Fiat Commercials locate the X250 Training Manual. I remember that the shorter file was for the 3.0 litre engine version, and that there was a lot of space devoted to the engine, when browsing some years ago. You will probably find a section on engine lubrication.
I believe the euro4 3L F1CE0481D engine was originally 160bhp which was raised to 180bhp at euro5 /6b engine F1CE3481E. It was discontinued at euro6d and replaced by the 2.3 180bhp. The 150bhp F1AE3481E is 2.3.
I think the pump is bolted onto the timing belt end of the engine and driven by a gear on the end of the crankshaft https://fiatdirectparts.co.uk/product/fiat-ducato-2006-2020-lubrication-system-oil-pump/
