oil leaking

Hi. I have Fiat Bravo 1.8 GT '96 and problem with leaking oil under camshaft cover. I have changed main seal but after about year, leaking is repeated.

Is that oil leaking connected only with seal?
Do I have to look for something particular when buying seal?
Is a breather pipe, on the camshaft cover, simple “Y” pipe or have some mechanism in it?

Am I a to ambitious when expecting from Italian car to have no leaking seal after a year?

When it stops leaking is the time to worry. If its leaking then you know there is oil in the engine.

How much is it leaking? Just a little drip now and then or is is quite serious?

Not serious. Just annoyng. And messy.

Leaks

Replace the top gasket lah. And of course the spark plug oil ring.
