Oil Change - how easy?

Chaps, i wouldn't normally ask (as i do oil changes on my other cars and parenst acars too) but how easy is it on teh 20v? how many of litre of oil does it hold? and do i need to replace the sump nut for a new one each time (something i have heard but can't remember who from)?

You have done your parents cars so you know how easy this job is. You do not need a new sump plug although a new washer is advisable, I have used a non-setting jointing compound instead and never had a leak

Na i put a new rad in and re-done teh coolant with paraflu red, i gotta say i have never changed the oil in the 20v's as Rog at power italia always did it in the past, feel kinda stupid asking really i use to change the oil on my old ford every 3 months regardles of teh miles lol

i think the stats state 4.8L with filter.
when i did mine 'cos my engine was dry as a bone when it went in,i put a full 5L tub in with filter.

There are a few posts over on FF.i asked this question for mine when i needed it
