Little sh*ts, side window of her Punto, all for a sunglasses case, f'ing sunglasses werent even in the case.

sorry to hear about that, there are some ****s about that just don't want to pay or work for anything, so they have to damage and nick others property.
I try not to leave anything on show in my car even sweets lol but theres always times when you forget or think that someones not going to want that... hope you get it sorted if you find them give them a kicking

Great, 24/7 autoglass have not got anyone in the area. He did a job at 3:30 this afternoon so now he doesnt respond to call outs, so thats cambridge, norwich, gt yarmouth, ipswich ad bury st edmonds. Call us and we'll come out night or day... yeah, course you do!

The little gits bent to frame that goes round the window too, hopefully it will bend back, the top of the door stichs out about 1/2 inch or so. Anyone else had this done to their car? Should it bend back into line?

Now concerned about my Bravo, punto on the drive with Bravo on the road which is provisionally sold.

yeah it will bend back but you are more than likely to have a crease and soem paint damage. its tere new way of gettign in, bend the top of the frame so there hand can gt in and pop up the stick and the door is un locked, little twats did it to my dads old van once it bent back and shut etc as normal just had a crease paint work was damaged and rust did start to appear.

The other belonged to the nicest old couple you could ever hope to meet.

update on the scumbags.

If they cannot steal your car they have now taken to torching it where it stands....ie your drive way,parking space.

3 were torched on one street just a mile or so from where i live last night.

Seems they are busy boys.

I sincerely hope someone gives em a damn good kicking.

they did it to our cinq the door bent back and the police didnt even show up when we reported the crime.

Karma will always catch up with someone, in one way or another, maybe not today, maybe not this year but at some point all the stuff they've done wrong will come back and dish out whats required.

An example being, and let us all take a moment and pray for this:

The people are caught (probably for something else and have your crime pinned on them to make the stats look good)and goto prison, in prison they are butt raped.

Let us pray for this....

as long as the bend isn't great you may get away with bending it back slightly but if possible I'd change the door, it may of weakened it. if its anything like my old punto the pillars etc aren't the stongest either...

The pillar did split when it was bent back to shape, only a small split but it's there. There's also a slit bend where they levered the frame away and another dent near the door handle.

Looks like another door at sometime, it's a question of going to the scrappy or going through insurance. It's a P reg 1.2 punto with nearly 100k. She'll take advice from a mechanic she knows.

A local newspaper are considering running a small story on it from a point of view of the inconvenience and cost for such a small item that is practically worthless.

I'd be weary fella, a new door/handle etc through the insurance will probably cause an economic write off
in my old punto my ex went into the back of someone at 10mph, it dented the bonnet in 2 places, smashed a light and foglight. they nearly wrote it off...

if the splits arent to bad have them welded and then filed down and then re painted. a new door from insurance would loose no claims wouldnt it? id rather get one from scrappy or ebay
