Bought the car new from them and just had it's 1st service - so far so good. Told them the one touch drivers window setting was struggling a bit in the cold ( only open half way rather than full ) and they diagnosed a faulty relay/regulator/something or other. Came and picked the car up from my work at no extra cost, did the service ( £134 ) and replaced the faulty part, then dropped it back all shiny n clean, so top marks for them. My faith in main dealers is restored. (y)

Caterbury? If so I have had problems with them for two of my cars. They have never washe my car but always been good with courtesy cars. Also they did manage to get the Warenty company to pay for a new CV Joint due to the previous owner having the CV boot held on with a cable tie.

That is a lot of money for an oil change though. You basically paid an hours labour at £94 which probably took some spotty oik on min wage (or even aprentice wage) 10 minutes.
I don't know what a stamp from an Indi garage does to the warenty.

1st service on a panda is practically an oil change.

Yeh i know but even my mates indie place wanted £95, so to keep the warranty up n get the repair done at the same time with zero inconvenience to me was a no brainer.

Yes it is the one in Canterbury. I can only give my opinion of them but maybe they got some new staff in as the car was brought back immaculate and the service guys had even gone around and lubed all the hinges/pivot points/tailgate/bonnnet catches etc.
