Bought the car new from them and just had it's 1st service - so far so good. Told them the one touch drivers window setting was struggling a bit in the cold ( only open half way rather than full ) and they diagnosed a faulty relay/regulator/something or other. Came and picked the car up from my work at no extra cost, did the service ( £134 ) and replaced the faulty part, then dropped it back all shiny n clean, so top marks for them. My faith in main dealers is restored.
