General Non Bias

This may seem like a dumb request as this is a FIAT forum, but....

im considering buying a punto, 2000 model. ya know the type. the thing is, is it worth the money im looking for a non bias view, good and bad points to the car, handling/power/security/known problems/maintance/noise/style. any anything else ya think is relevent to buying a car.

I pick my Punto sporting up tomorrow m8, and did a bit of research myself - seem like good cars, i know fiats aint the best for reliablilty, but aint heard much gripe coming in about the 1.2 16v sporting model, hence the reason i bought one.

Its unbiased, and pretty in depth and theres also reviews from people who have bought the cars. They do articles on buying cars also - the in's and outs as well, but am pretty sure the peeps on this forum will have good advice for you as well.

spot on review, looks very possible ill be driving a punto soon, i think ill go for the 1.2 aswell, but i will probably need to tune it up 2 meen my acceleration needs

Top stuff, a feel your concerns bout the acceleration.... dont think there is a whole lot that can be done to improve that vastly, after all it is only a 1.2!

If you cant get the accelaration, then at least gettin an induction kit and exhaust will sound as if you are sittin in an evo..... (only difference is, you will be able to see the trees going by as you accelerate)

on my 4th fiat so cant be bad ! not had any more probs than with any other car (ford MG Rover ex ex)but found fiats are cheap for parts!
one bad thing i have not managed to find a decent fiat dealer! but i live in hope!
