Cheap shiite chinese bulbs. He only wants them because they are purple when not on

HID look bulbs with a supposed increase of light output (between 80 and 90%) and can be bought in different colours eg so they look purple when they are off but bright white whilst on. like these:

Carl just why? They are bulbs. No one is going to walk past your car and notice you have purple bulbs ffs.

as said on the other thread don't get them, it's not good for the electrics and illegal for on road use anyway. you're better off investing in nightbreakers etc which will make night driving safer than wasting your money on cheap bulbs with colour tbh.
