Just get the drivers installed first. If the device still won't start try setting the Plug & Play OS installed in the Bios to Yes if it isn't already.

happy enough with the computer, last one i was using had a meer 128mb ram, this is great for surfing, msn, music, torrents and viewing downloaded stuff, yay!
