General No power to starter motor

When i turn the ignition switch i can hear a faint click from behind the dashboard but no power is going to the starter motor and help would be greatly appreciated

Faint click will be glow plug relay, 2 wires going to starter motor, thick one and thin wire check these are connected and not loose.
