Technical No Power at low rev

help guys i have problem with my multipla for a month.
i have nog power at low revs, so no power between 1000rpm and 2700rpm. After 2700 i have all the power back.
i'v cleaned EGR and its blocked off now.
changed MAF sensor = thesame problem
checked all pipes (intercooler - turbo) but no leak.
i checked the boost solenoid (took my brothers, he has a alfa 2), but still the same problem.
no errors on dash.

i have no idea what problem would be!!!
any suggestions??????

i know youve replaced the flow meter, but did you do it with a genuine one? even then these are sometimes duff out of the box.

first thing i would try would be disconnect the flow meter and try it then?

Have you considered and they are long shots... throttle potentiometer breaking down, Map sensor or, the crank sensor? Not the "norms" I admit as I would have gone for maf then egr in that order for simplicity.

but don't have any errors on dash! no engine light or something.
i have now more black smoke!

it's all happened after cleaning EGR. MAP sensor dirty after cleaning EGR?? or just open the EGR again (it's blocked now)

i think i'm gonna sell my mulliiiii
