Hi, I have a 2007 Bravo, I have had a problem with loss of power, it was diagnosed as the air flow sensor which was replaced by FIAT (it appears it was replaced with a reconditioned unit). The car was working fine with one instance of the power loss since. This was cleared by restarting the engine. Now the car has lost all power, can barely get to 20mph and when the clutch is let out the rev drop off, no power available. There are no warning lights on the dash and it is not cleared when restarted. Any help is appreciated although looking through the posts it seems a common problem.

Update

Update, FIAT investigated and after a bit of badgering they admitted that the connector of the Air Flow Sensor was dirty, it may have been contaminated when the radiator went. Radiator replaced £500, at the same time the AFS was replaced at a cost of £250, not sure now if it needed replacing. Must have seen me coming.

well and truley shafted!

could have fitted the rad yourself and the MAF sensor!
