No Palio forum?

Sorry hurricane that came out wrong - I was trying to support your suggestion by suggesting that you were perhaps the person best suited to looking after that section as you have more experience than others already on the forum. Re-reading it I can see how you have misinterpreted it.

No worries, Helz - I see what you were saying now.

Thanks for the support.

;)

So how about it, Ben - can I moderate myself in the Palio forum? I promise to keep myself in line and if I post anything about Seicentos or Mareas there, I'll be sure to move it over to the appropriate forum.

Palio

Hi!
Fiat Palio is fiat world car, as you know. It has a sedan and a station wagon. In some markets there are names such as "siena" or "albeo" to name the sedan version. It is close to fiat uno in some aspects, since it is uno's natural evolution. In some western european countries palio weekend (the station version) was available (it's first and second versions) untill 2003, or 2004.
In Europe it has different engines: in Brasil it uses 1.0 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6. In some european countries like Italy, Spain or Portugal it uses the 1.2 75 hp fiat punto engine and 1.7 diesel engine. There is also a pick-up called strada with the same structure of palio weekend but a bit longer.
I own a palio. That's why I know.
The big issue for me is that I don't get any service manuals like haynes, since it wasn't sold in uk nor in the us.
