Technical No Key code card

Ducato 2004, last owner couldn't find the card, can i get the code from the chassis number at the dealer like mercedes or read from the key itself.
I have no problems it's just in case i do

In the UK, the key codes are available from any Fiat dealer from the VIN (chassis number) and proof of ownership. They charge a fee for them. It may be similar in Belgium.
