Technical no heat

fiat seicento 1.1. has no heat coming though the blowers.

the engine is definitly getting hot as the fan comes on.

the heater cock is open

i have removed and cleaned the matrix (as best as i can)

removed and cleaned all coolant pipes and main radiator.

replaced the thermostat and water pump

bled the system numerous times for ages starting with the rad bleed screw and then the matrix bleed screw.

still nothing, no heat at all. :bang:

any ideas very welcome. :worship:

Does the heater fan motor work at all?

If it does, I'd still suspect an air lock. Try bleeding the rad bleed screw cold, then the heater bleed screw a teeny bit open when hot, cock open.

the heater fan works fine.

ok i will try that, but i still think its strange how it hasn't bled through yet

Are the pipes to & from the heater hot?

You say your cock is open, so does the matrix or pipe to it get hot?
