Technical No cable for front cigarette lighter?

I thought it was a blown fuse, but on removing the handbrake gater i have noticed its not even conneted.

I see a cable its blue and yellow but seems to travel behind the handbrake. Is this the cable or the cable for the handbrake position sensor.

Dont want to go pulling random cables.

Isn't the ciggie lighter embedded into the console behind the handbrake?

If you lever the lighter orange/green base out of the console, it will have a cable attached to it, or it won't. The blue/yellow cable rings a bell.. but from memory I think the lighter has three cables... one earth, one power to the illumination and a thicker cable for the lighter itself.
