Hi don't know if anyone can help I've got a 2013 2.3 ducato that had dribbling injectors. I tried to change them and all bolts snapped so I changed the cylinder head also new turbo, waterpump cambelt ect ect. I've put it all back together coded in the new injectors with multiecuscan starts and runs fine but no boost on turbo till 2300 revs I have no air leaks checked with smoke test new map sensor timing all double checked everything seams to be as it should no eml lights on the turbo is the old type with no electric plugs on it im lost can anyone help pleasr

Any chance the turbo is suspect? Not spinning up freely, blocked air flow etc.
I have seen all sorts of new turbos with issues, including one that the nut was loose and fell into the manifold so the impeller was freewheeling.:)

The 2.3 multijet succeeded the 2.3jtd in 2006. The turbo on the 2,3jtd was limited to a preset maximum pressure via a small pipe from the compressor output to the control capsule. I am surprised that this simple method of control was still used as late as 2013, and that a vacuum controlled turbo had not been introduced. Variable vacuum control of the turbo was used on the 2.0jtd from 2002, with remote vacuum regulator solenoid. If this system is used a leaking, or disconnected vacuum hose would result in low boost pressure, and there is also the possibility of a faulty solenoid or connection.
