Newnie with engine conversion question

Hi all, just joined. Not a Fiat owner myself.

Ford at heart with a fiesta and a Racing Puma:

After some advice. A friend has a ver tidy L reg Panda with a 1.0litre? engine in it.

He fancies a quick project regarding a simple engine swap. As near straight swap as possible.

What are the options?

there are a lot of threads on it down in the classic panda section. get him to join and set his home page to this https://www.fiatforum.com/panda-classic/ show him how to make a post and he will be fine. lots of the classic panda lot are in the same boat

its basic the same engine just a bit bigger on the inside,
