Just thought I'd say hello. I have lurked around the forum for a while whilst I have been tracking down a Panda for my daughter as her first car. I have to say its a great forum and very well organised when compared to some of the other forums I'm a member of! Its already given me hint/tips and pointers and armed with that I today bought a 2007 Panda Dynamic with aircon. 62k miles, one lady owner and full main dealer service history.
Picked the car up from Leeds and drove down to Hampshire - have to say I had some trepidation given a small 'town' car, but I was amazed. She performed faultlessly all the way - 225ish miles, average speed 71mph and 42mpg! Wish my other cars could achieve those mpg figures! Anyway, she'll be leading a much more sedate life in my daughter's hands
Not much needs doing - corroded offside wiper arm (will probably clean, sand and respray myself), is all that stands out.
Anyway - I'm sure I'll be asking loads of questions in due course!:worship:
