Hi to all, I'm new on here and I'd like to say a warm hello to all on this forum.
Over the years I've had several cars been on different forums and now I've got a Fiat 500 1.2 POP (08) I thought it necessary to join in here and meet you guys.
My Wife and I have always admired the 'new' 500 and my wife was delighted and amazed to find one early morning that her Mum had bought her a mint Fiat 500 wrapped in a rather large bow. It was delivered straight to our door and it was a fantastic gesture from her mum and a dream come true for my wife.
We've had the car around 18 months now with no real issues apart from a couple of electrical issues but I managed to sort them out myself. I suppose I'd consider myself as a fairly competent DIY guy on cars but I don't know everything and do think about some jobs before taking them on.
The car is due an MOT test in April this year but I do have a few jobs to do so it will pass the MOT without any issues.
I'll post the issues I have once I've found my way around but my jobs include replacing two front dampers and timing belt replacement too.
I will of course help anyone where possible.
