Newbie saying Hi

Hey all, Newbie saying Hi !!

I dont actually own a Fiat but a friend who isnt very car minded has just purchased a Grande Punto (i think its a special edition "Dub")

The reason for joining is in the hope that some off you long term owners would be able to point me in the direction of where and the best lowering springs, exhaust and filter from ??
