Grande Punto Newbie introduction

Hi guys. Just introducing myself. I've purchased a Grande Punto 1.2 8v 2006 for my son (his first car). I came across this forum when researching the issues I have had to rectify.

Things complete to date:-

1 Fixed wiring loom in drivers door (affecting passenger window)
2 Replaced exhaust (leaking at flexible pipe)
3 Replaced NSR manual window regulator (inoperable)
4 Fitted iso stereo and Bluetooth kit (blue and me not fitted)
5 Replaced clutch slave cylinder (old was leaking hydraulic oil)
6 Full service (not had one for 25000 miles)

Things still to do:-

1 Investigate water getting into tailgate
2 Investigate water getting into luggage compartment
3 A good polish and wax

I'm a marine engineer by trade and avid DIY car mechanic, always happy to help with any problems I have experience in.
