Newbie - hello all !!

Hi everyone! New to this forum and hope people out there are able to answer my query!

I own a Fiat 500 1.2 sport And love but I have recently noticed that when my interior lights are on, I don't have backlight on the temp and fan setting??...

Is there not supposed to be lights? Tad confused!
