500 Newbie from Australia

Hi everyone,

I'm newbie on this forum. Needed advice desperately as I've recently placed a deposit back in Jan this this and heard nothing from the dealer since about the fiat 500 pop divert date.

I've chased them twice, they firstly told me I won't receive the car any later than April and then we are in April now, so I wt back to the dealer and follow up again and then the sakes told me he doesn't know when I can receive the car and he said maybe July !!??

Can anyone tell he of that is normal? As I'm getting really frustrated to the point of thinking pulling out the deposit and get another car instead if the rediculously long wait without an approximate date

Hi Heidi,
Not sure if you saw my prev post.
Your March built car could well be on the boat with mine. Boat arrives mid-May, this has been confirmed by my Melb dealer. If you are desperate for a car then you can always get your deposit back.
Suggest you call Fiat Customer Service, see what they say.

By the way, the dealer should at the very least be able to confirm if the car has been built ...40 day boat trip from Poland.

Have to agree, they will know if the car has been built.
