Kia ora from me in NZ. We recently bought a 2004 Ducato 2.3 JTD camper with about 287000ks on the clock. Seems all okay although I will have to look at getting the cam belt/water pump done soon. Shame its not a chain drive! Crawling around underneath I noticed the rubber bump stops on the rear suspension are completely knackered. I had no idea what they were about until I jumped on Google. The cost of Fiat parts in this neck of the woods makes my eyes water but good old ebay sometimes works out. Any hints on getting that job done will always be appreciated. I have seen the aire lift options talked about but bit pricey for me at the moment.

So thanks for the opportunity to join these forums - looking forward to helpful hints.

Cheers
David

The "bump stops" are spring assisters they are screwed into the chassis. They can be had for about £20 each on ebay. There are two different heights available depending on the chassis you have.
