General New shape Punto

2morro I'm gonna pick up my new (shape) punto multijet dynamic with metallic paint and mp3 player with subwoofer! I wonder how many miles to the gallon I get out of it. Anyway, car is excellent and the 1.3 16v DIESEL is a true miniture masterpeice. I tested all the others like the Fiesta, 206, Yaris etc but non can match the performance of the punto's and considering its slightly smaller capacity it still out does them by a big margin. I swear it feels quicker than whats printed.

Nope. When the MKII first came out i loved it....and still do. The new shape is growing on me but i still think it's way too bland / unoriginal

the descent into insanity continues unabated

I quite like it. If I was buying a new small hatch it would be at the top of the list. It might not be original or exciting, but Fiat are playing it safe at the minute, and who can blame them?

Yeah that one's nice cos it's got the Sports models body kit / bumpers etc. The standard actives etc. have got those horrid bumpers that slope inwards making the card look awkward.

That car won the Fiat Punto Abarth Cup this year. It's an Irish racing series that races at Kirkistown Park in NI and Modello Park in Dublin. There was also a round at Pembrey in Wales this season.

It raced as a Mk2 for most of the season and was fitted with Mk2.5 panels for the last race.

I have got a mk2 12. 16v sporting and i dusted a 206 on the motorway. i was at 4k revs, he was red, lineing (i know cos i looked in as i drove past) -)

Don't like the front end on the new un, prefer the last model, but I would say that as I have one.

That new 1.3 Diesel is a wicked bit of kit, fiat have come up trumps with that one.
