Hiya, I'm possibly going to cause uproar here, i own a new shape doblo..... Unfortunately mine is graced with the good old vauxhall badges instead! I thought it was better joining here than a vauxhall club since essentially i'm still driving a fiat lol :)

The van started off as a bog standard 2014 panel van but has had ALOT of work done so far and has been completely transformed inside and out. Still got more plans but essentially it is still my work van so i need to be a little sensible with it!

This was how she looked a couple of weeks ago.. (apologies in advance for the amount of photos to come!)

Then had the side windows fitted.. (excuse the filthy alloys!)

And then this 'small' bit of work on the interior lol

Well done, that is a lot of work to make those changes. Has it only got a sliding door on the passenger side ?

Aren't Vauxhall stingy ? They don't even fit the overhead shelf at the front above the windscreen which is one of the most useful storage features on my Doblo. I have loads of stuff stored up there on mine.

Thanks, It was one of those things that when i started and had the rear stripped out i started to think 'errrr what have i just done!' ... It took about 2 weeks from start to finish, i did all the main fabrication myself and got everything roughly fixed into place, i then handed it over to the professionals at coastal campers in liskeard who fitted the side windows, properly fixed the seats/ belts and then fully insulated and trimmed the interior.

Looking at the finish he achieved i'm glad i didn't attempt it myself!

The only things left now are to install an underseat sub and the rear corner bars onto the rear bumper.

It does only have the one sliding door, the twin sliding doors were only an option on the factory crew van... I never knew there was a storage area in the roof of the doblo, is that in both the mpv and panel van?
