General New Punto Owner (Car is s/h )

Daughter has become the owner of a 96 55s 5 dr .
How do i find out the the real name ofthe paint colour ? it says red in the V5 and its metallic but its not what i think of as red .
Also can any one reccomend a parts supplier ? (New or used)
We live in S W Birmingham and I work in Walsall .

I know of two reds - scilla and tiziano. However, you could just take it in to a fiat dealer, where they do paintwork/repairs onsite e.g Reg Vardy and they should be able to match it for you and order the correct paint. Hope this helps, Gill.

It should have a paint code number on the leading inside edge of the boot hatch, it may even have a name, you can use either of these to buy paint from most places.

I think metallic red is 132.

If you go to one of the places that make the paints up in the aerosols they will be able to tell you from the paint code. Alternatively, ring Fiat themselves.
