General New Owner, Please Help!

I just bought my first Fiat, a gorgeous little '78. I'm driving to pick it up in a week and I really need to know if the steering wheel locks so I can tow it home so I dont have to put a needless 1000 miles on her. Thanks in advance!!!

Also..I've heard good things..but I've heard some scary things...what can I expect?
