WMF: Hope you're bearing up under the strain mucka, since getting back from beautiful, sunny every day Porky is: - her in doors has 'found' gallons of 'jobs' that now can't 'wait' till tomorra, she wants em all done yesterday. So much for the lock down, more like locked in and can't escape - what did De Frain do with that rock hammer?
Anyway, I digress (as usual), you are spot on bro, the 600 was the original Multipla and yes, it was invaluable to the farming community, but 'our' Multi, the beloved querky do anything, go anywhere shed on wheels was also loved by farmers and families alike. After Fiat kicked it's face in, it never seemed the same - we know it's the same animal, but I couldn't pick one out in a car park full of other similar looking heaps. It's that difference that makes the difference. I could never see me buy a nose job, they're the same but (in my eyes) too much part of the pack. The problem with them being so similar to other cars is - their lack of performance and short comings surface to show that they're not so special after all.
I still think the Ugly Bug is one of the best all round motors on the road and I, like others, have found nothing to adequately replace it.
Wifey said one of the sheds has to go, looks like my life with the C4GP is about to end - I've decided the Bug stays here.

Keep the shiney side up.
Best regards to you and yours
George
