New Mirrors.

Alright guys, i bought m3 mirrors my my mk2 punto. I was going to fit them today but when i took the black plastic off from inside the car there wasn't any screws or anything to remove the mirror . I have posted 3 pictures in hope someone can give me some advise on how to fix this .

right guys, got the mirrors off tonight and another problem occured. When I go to fit the new base plates they dont fit right on the car . I bought the mirrors from R-Tec, I think they maye have sent the wrong plates,i will include the photos down below. Any help would be appreciated.

They look like the plates that would be used on a stilo....

i had this problem last yr when i bought some dtms punto mk2s are a problem for the base plate ie they have nothing to fit it, wot i was gonna do was put a large nut with a plastic base plate to lock in place try that and see if it works
