well the one i fitted to my gal has a range of bout a mile and lets u know whats happening to ur car as it happens i.e if someone knocks into it it comes up with a image showing it has had an impact (light or heavy) also has remote engine start so u can start the car any where within range also has an alarm function on it so can set the alarm to go off at set time i.e 8.10 am to do school run so car starts at 8.10 and is nice and warm on inside and less damage to engine as has had chance to warm up already

The one u will get with toad/clifford etc will just notify if the alarm is set off clifford do an add on for remote start called inteli start but range not as good! and very expensive!! when i have fitted to my cinq will make short vid clip and post here

I buy them from company in reading but will have to get u the web addy they are made by MANNIX take few hours to fit but are well worth it! if someone explains to me how to upload a pic to the site will post a pic of the pager

Can these be fitted to any alarm?

My mates clifford alarm cost him 2k to have remote start etc.....

this is an alarm and an immobiliser but can be used with another alarm as has an output to arm and disarm other alarms but would have to use the new pager to do this

How much are they sounds v.good....

Because the Fiat has a chipped key to purchase it depends on whether u want full closure or not but with ur looking at approx £175ish not fitted and bout £140ish without full closure

It is reccomended that a qualified auto electrican fits the alarm but i am not and fitted approx 8 now to friends and familys cars with no major probs

if you are seriously intersted in one give me couple of weeks till i get round to fitting one to mine and will pop to bath to show ya and could help you fit one or come to swindon and see mine on my galaxy

Bloody hell. my toad cost 230 fitted and that was cheap.

I'm actually in trowbridge but yeah that'd would be cool would prob have to wait till end of the month at the earliest anyways!

LOL does your toad tell u whats happening with your car at all times and does it start the engine etc etc all the people who have seem them fitted etc love them but ok they are not the cheapest but i put it down to how much do you value your car and i justified this cost as we had our last sei sporting stolen and vowed not again! but if you are willing to fit urself you could have saved urself £55 lol

I am not trying to sell these by the way but will answer any questions and purchase for people at cost price if required as have an account with them

mate that alarm sounds brilliant always wanted one since i saw yhem in a gadget magazine if its the one im thinking of the pager case is gold and it has a minature lcd display of your car with buttons by the side when i looked at them they were £300 and that was cheap

i ended up buying a toad alarm for £85 last year and fitted it myself its got a few features such as

Remote central locking interface
Anti hijack
Second imobiliser
Adjustable Interior sensors
Adjustable Shock sensors
Power draw sensor
Bonnet, boot and door sensors

And why did you boher fitting the other immobiliser, theres just more to go wrong?
