New member with Ducato query

Hi, I am a new member here. I have a fiat Ducato 2002 on which the central locking and electric windows now don't work. Any ideas please?
I have looked at various fuses but I can't see a problem with them.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

General advice..
Have a look at the wiring at the drivers door hinge.. chafing and fracturing isnt unheard of

A broken wire can cause a lot of weird issues.. often leaving fuses intact
