New member questions

Hi guys, new member here. Got a 2007 Fiat Punto recently and first question - my last car was a Peugeot 306 and Peugeot have an online resource where the user can enter the chassis no. to view blow up diagrams and identify exact part no's. Website is called Servicebox and it's also used by the Peugeot garages. Is something like this available for Fiat? I had a nose around the forum but couldn't see anything which looks like this and I need to get a roof rack and a new latch and handle for the glove box.

Up until @2015 the FIAT.ALFA.Lancia group used a system called ePER
