Technical new locks

about a year ago some one tried breaking my locks ,and left them damaged.....finally the driver side one as stopped working..so i have to enter the inside and open .
my question is how much for a new set of locks....could i replace just this broken one.and will it affect the central locking.

ok right...i assume theres a serial number some where to do this...does seem the best solution ..thanks
